Nothin g about Bicheno - This one is for you, Miz

we're baaaaack!

I finally found the camera! WE have just returned from a fabulously gorgeous long weekend in Bicheno. I always forget how stunning the east coast of Tas is. THe water was turquoise and the sand was a gorgous white. Absolutely lovely. We all had a wonderful family time together. Going away as a family makes me realise how much I love them but also how challenging they can all be at times! I think I asked myself several times "6 kids? Why would I have ever thought that was a good idea?!!!!" Anyway, overall, we had a great time together. We swam, ate yummy food, played board games, ate yummy food, went for long walks, ate yummy food, played and ate loads of yummy food! We had a relaxing and indulgent weekend which felt very luxurious. The boys loved the beach and ate about 10 kilos of sand! They thought it was great and obviously thought it was tasty! Jules and I are now dreaming of owning a shack there. One day ......

I promise I will be back with updates soon (this is mainly for you Miz!). I lost my camera for a bit as we are renovating and stuff is everywhere and anywhere! We are off to Bicheno for the weekend and back Monday so will post some cute holiday pics of all our gorgeous children then. See you all soon xx

The BIG day has arrived

The big celebration has been and gone. What a day! I cannot believe that my angels are one! We had a fab party and had (what felt like) a thousand people here. So glad we have a big house now!! It is soo lovely and touching to realise what great friends and family we have and how much love there is for our children. The boys were certainly spoilt and they had a blast all day. There was definitely a need for a nap this arvo though and they both flaked at the same time! Yay. Anyway, they had their first taste of cake which they thought was great. There was loads of cuddles, fun and laughter (oh and mess!).

To all of you who came and showed Charlie and Felix how much you adore them, thank you. We love and appreciate you all! xxxx ( a few sloppy ones from the birthday boys!)
